Maine: NAMIC Files Amicus Brief on Permissive User Issue

NAMIC recently filed an amicus brief with the Maine Supreme Judicial Court arguing that the court should not modify its test to determine whether a driver is a permissive user and therefore insured under an auto insurance policy.
