South Carolina: Two Anti-Steering Bills Considered
Two anti-steering bills are getting play in the South Carolina Legislature these days. HB 4268, which would ban the use of rental car company programs to control insurance claims costs, was taken up Wednesday by the House Insurance Subcommittee, but no vote was taken.
