Nevada: NAMIC Submits Testimony Against ‘Quantitative Basis’ of Coverage Change Disclosure Bill
The Assembly Commerce and Labor Committee held a public hearing April 8 on AB 458, Revises Provisions Governing Homeowner’s Insurance. NAMIC filed written testimony in opposition to the proposed legislation. No vote has yet to be taken by the committee on the bill.
