South Dakota: NAMIC Sends Veto Request Letter on SB 169; Encourages Members to Voice Opposition

NAMIC sent a letter last Friday to South Dakota Gov. Mike Rounds, urging him to veto SB 169, which establishes the “made whole” doctrine in the state, thereby undermining company subrogation efforts.
