Nevada: NAMIC Continues to Oppose AB 293, Requirement for Defendants to Disclose Visual Evidence Prior to Commencement of Litigation
NAMIC submitted written testimony March 29 in opposition to AB 293 to the Assembly Judiciary Committee for the scheduled public hearing. A recent amendment has been offered by the trial bar that would remove homeowners’ insurance claims from the scope of the bill.
