Contact Tennessee Senate TODAY to Oppose Bill Injuring Surplus Insurers
The Tennessee Senate Commerce Committee will consider SB3744, also known as HB 3759. Originally expected to be considered late this week, on Friday night the legislation appeared on today’s docket. The measure would require the insurance commissioner to suspend or revoke eligibility of a surplus insurer if he or she finds that a surplus insurer is incompetent or not trustworthy.
