Congress Returns from Recess with Full Agenda
Lawmakers return to Washington this week to face the continuing environmental crisis in the Gulf, the need to pass a package of tax extenders and judicial nominations in the Senate. All of this is in addition to the conference to hash out financial services regulatory reform legislation.
