Minnesota: Senate Committee Defeats Bill Pursued by Litigation Funding Industry, Trial Bar
NAMIC’s state trade association advocacy partner, the Insurance Federation of Minnesota, reports that after hearing testimony from Minnesotans for Lawsuit Reform, the state’s civil justice reform coalition, the Senate Judiciary Committee shelved SF 2704, dealing with the litigation loan industry.
