Colorado: Sunset Review of the Division of Insurance Bill Scheduled for Committee Hearing Today

HB 1220, which implements the recommendations of the Department of Regulatory Agencies set forth in its sunset review of the functions of the Division of Insurance, is scheduled for public hearing today in the House Business Affairs and Labor Committee.
