NAMIC Continues to Apply Pressure to HUD on Disparate Impact Rule
The House Financial Services Subcommittee on Insurance, Housing, and Community Opportunity held a hearing last Tuesday on the budget for the Department of Housing and Urban Development. It was an opportunity for members of the congressional committee with jurisdiction over HUD issues to conduct oversight and examine the various priorities of the department.
