Arizona: NAMIC Asks Bill Sponsor to Withdraw Attorney Fees Award Amendment From Proposed Legislation

NAMIC sent a letter April 8 to Rep. Ted Vogt requesting that he reconsider the attorney fees award amendment to SB 1404, a bill that would amend current law to allow an award of attorney fees to the prevailing party in any civil action.
