Arizona: NAMIC-Supported Consumer Protection Residential Roofing Repair Bill Passes, as Amended, Out of House
HB 2091 passed out of the Arizona House with a committee amendment and two floor amendments Feb. 23 on a 56-2 vote, and is now off to the Senate for committee assignment. The floor amendments were introduced by Rep. Javan Mesnard and Rep. Debbie McCune Davis. The bill previously passed out of the House Commerce Committee on an 8-0 vote.
