Vermont: Governor-elect Shumlin Taps Veteran Lobbyist Kimbell to Head Department
Gov.-elect Peter Shumlin has selected Steve Kimbell, a veteran of state government and the founder of a leading lobbying firm, to be the next commissioner of the Department of Banking, Insurance Securities and Health Care Administration.
