South Carolina: House Glass Bill Moves to Senate; Copper Bill Amended

Stakeholders concerned about the growing problem of copper theft in South Carolina met last week with Sen. Clementa Pinckney, the sponsor of SB 732, to discuss amendments to HB 3660, the House version now awaiting action in the Senate.
