Florida: Constructive Discussion at NAMIC-sponsored Property Insurance Summit
Deputy Insurance Commissioner Belinda Miller indicated the Office of Insurance Regulation would consider “incremental reforms” in ratemaking, and legislative leaders reiterated their commitment to a free-market approach during the Florida Chamber of Commerce’s third annual Property Insurance Summit Jan.27-28, which was co-sponsored by NAMIC.
