Wyoming: House Passes Insurance Fraud Prevention Bill

HB 50, Insurance Fraud Prevention, passed, as amended out of the House Feb. 23 on a 40-19 vote. The enrolled bill has now been sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee for a public hearing.
