Florida: Report Card Rule Withdrawn
The insurer “report card” rule being promulgated by the Florida Insurance Consumer Advocate’s office has been withdrawn from tomorrow’s Financial Services Commission meeting agenda. Liz Reynolds, NAMIC Southeast state affairs manager, testified against the rule during a Sept. 13 hearing.
