Nevada: NAMIC Asks For, Receives Suppression of Anti-Insurance Bill
AB 539, Revises Provisions Governing Insurance, was scheduled for a public hearing April 6 in the Assembly Committee on Commerce and Labor. NAMIC submitted written testimony in opposition to the proposed legislation in advance of the hearing and lobbied to kill the bill, which was pulled from the public hearing schedule.
