Oregon: NAMIC Joins Industry Effort to Assist DOI in Drafting Bulletin on Total Loss Motor Vehicle Claims Settlement Practices
NAMIC, in conjunction with other state trades, submitted a letter Aug. 26 to the Department of Insurance outlining insurance industry concerns and recommendations for the proposed DOI bulletin regarding total loss motor vehicle claims settlement practices.
