Connecticut: Megna Notes Preference for Legislation to Address Hurricane Deductible Triggers
Rep. Robert Megna, House chairman of the Joint Committee on Insurance and Real Estate, has publicly expressed a preference for legislation to address the issue of hurricane deductible triggers as opposed to addressing the matter through guidelines or regulations issued by the Connecticut Insurance Department.
