Ohio: Policy Provides Coverage for Attorney Fees Related to Punitive Damages

The Supreme Court of Ohio rendered its opinion on May 4 in the case of Neal-Pettit v Lahman, holding that public policy does not prevent an insurance company from covering attorney fees on behalf of an insured, even when those fees are awarded solely as a result of a punitive damage award.
