Alabama: Governor Appoints Russell Probate Judge
Gov. Bob Riley appointed Department of Revenue Commissioner Tim Russell probate judge of Baldwin County. Russell, former NAMIC chairman, was president of Baldwin Mutual Insurance Company and three-term mayor of Foley, Ala.
