Activate South Carolina Grassroots to Oppose Credit Ban in Subcommittee Tomorrow
A South Carolina Senate Banking and Insurance subcommittee meets tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 16 at 9 a.m. to discuss and vote on SB 85, legislation to ban the use of credit information for insurance underwriting and rating as well as for other purposes.
