Regulatory Modernization
Sound familiar? It might if you have been following the NAIC for the last decade and, much to the detriment of my mental stability, I have. So, as we approach another spring NAIC meeting, this time in Denver, hope springs yet again at the NAIC. Why? Because the NAIC has done what it does best and has formed a new Regulatory Modernization Task Force.
