Vermont: Commissioner Appointee Pledges to be Consistent, Collaborative
Steve Kimbell, named last week by Vermont Gov.-elect Peter Shumlin to be the next commissioner of the Department of Banking, Insurance Securities and Health Care Administration, had a message of stability for the regulated industries overseen by BISHCA when he was introduced at a press conference.
