Florida: Report Card Rule Development Needs Work
NAMIC has signed on to a joint trades letter regarding development of a rule to establish an annual report card on residential property insurers. The letter points out problems that have yet to be addressed, despite numerous previous comments by insurers and others during the long-running development process.
