Florida: Commissioner Advocates for Omnibus Property Package

Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty yesterday sent a letter to Gov. Charlie Crist, urging the governor to sign SB 2044, the omnibus property package passed at the end of the 2010 legislative session.
