Nevada: NAMIC Submits Written Testimony Opposing Low-Cost Auto Insurance Program

The Senate Commerce, Labor and Energy Committee held a public hearing May 6 on AB 299, as amended in the Assembly, a bill that would create a low-cost auto insurance program to lower the number of uninsured motorists on Nevada roads. NAMIC submitted written testimony opposing the legislation.
