Vermont: Reinsurance Collateral Proposal Put Aside After Late-Session Opposition
A proposal advanced late in the session by state regulators to reduce the need for foreign reinsurers to post 100 percent collateral was withdrawn last week after primary insurers voiced strong opposition.
