Nevada: Legislation Could Bring Negative Changes to Industry
AB 539, Revises Provisions Governing Insurance, was introduced March 28 and assigned to the Assembly Committee on Commerce and Labor for a public hearing on tomorrow. NAMIC will be submitting written testimony in opposition to the proposed legislation.
