Colorado: House Committee to Consider Salvage Vehicle Sales Bill
The Colorado House Transportation Committee tomorrow will consider HB 1098, which would place severe limitations on who may lawfully purchase a salvage vehicle by mandating that a buyer must be a “Salvage Vehicle Dealer.”
