Rhode Island: Governor Vetoes Auto Body Bill Opposed by NAMIC
NAMIC has asked Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chafee to veto legislation passed in the waning hours of the legislative session that would create a new private right of action for auto body shops and limit the circumstances in which a vehicle could be declared a total loss.
