Nevada: DMV Advisory Board Bill With NAMIC Amendment on Governor’s Desk

SB 238, the DMV advisory board bill, as amended with NAMIC’s amendment removing auto insurers from the study and investigation authority of the DMV Advisory Board, was enrolled June 6 and sent to the governor for his signature.
