Colorado: Governor Signs Act Streamlining Auto Adverse Action Consumer Complaint Process

Gov. John Hickenlooper on April 12 signed into law HB 1289, Auto Insurance Complaints Adverse Action, which had passed out of the Senate on a 34-0 vote and the House, as amended, on a 64-0 vote.
