Connecticut: State Expands Commercial Lines Exemption to Claims-Made Policies
Claims-made commercial insurance policies, except for professional liability policies for medical professionals, will no longer be subject to rate, rule, and form review by the Connecticut Insurance Department according to a recently issued bulletin.
