New Mexico: NAMIC Submits Written Comments to Insurance Division on Proposed UM/UIM Coverage Rejection Form Checklist
NAMIC submitted written comments May 17 to the Division of Insurance suggesting revisions for the division’s Proposed UM/UIM Coverage Rejection Form Checklist. The checklist is being created by the DOI to assist insurers in complying with last October’s New Mexico Supreme Court ruling in Jordan v. Allstate, Romero v. Progressive, and Lucero v. Trujillo.
