Kansas: Industry Meets With Commissioner to Discuss AG Opinion
NAMIC and other industry advocates met with Insurance Commissioner Sandy Praeger and Kansas Department of Insurance General Counsel John Campbell on Aug. 31 to discuss Bulletin 2010-1, which relates to a recent Attorney General Opinion stating that confidential trade secret materials submitted as part of rate and form filings cannot be protected by the department.
