Rhode Island: NAMIC Voices Concerns Over Weather-Related Claims Bill
NAMIC expressed concern at a legislative hearing last week about property insurance legislation proposed by the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation that would among other things limit application of a hurricane deductible to one time in a calendar year.
