Can Task Force Forge Regulator Consensus on Climate Risk Survey?

Late yesterday, the Climate Change and Global Warming (EX) Task Force distributed an agenda for its March 25 meeting, accompanied by a cryptic email message from Task Force Chair Joel Ario. Ario explained that because “a number of states have expressed concerns about going forward with the mandatory [climate risk disclosure] survey as voted in March 2009,” the task force will “take public comment about the survey process at the task force meeting,” which “may lead to action by the membership late in the Denver meeting.”
