NAIC Makes Climate Risk Disclosure Survey Voluntary, Anonymous
In a surprising move, the NAIC voted Sunday to amend the climate change disclosure survey at its spring meeting in Denver. This latest twist came after several states indicated they would not conduct the survey as originally adopted. It also came on the heels of a Wall Street Journal column exposing the flaws in the original proposal.
