Florida: OIR Streamlines Forms Approval Process

Dec. 3 to clarify how the forms approval process has been streamlined now that “certification” is no longer required in some cases. Gov. Rick Scott announced that the change was imminent during his comments Nov. 30 at the Chamber Insurance Summit.
