Wisconsin: Governor’s Job Creation Priority Issue of Legal Reform Moves Forward

NAMIC’s state trade association advocacy partner, the Wisconsin Insurance Alliance, reports that civil justice reforms, a key component of Republican Gov. Scott Walker’s job creation agenda, made great strides in the Wisconsin Legislature last week.
