Illinois: Contact Your House Members to Oppose Senate Bill 3322, Litigation Loan Bill
Senate Bill 3322 would enshrine into Illinois law the practice of “non-recourse litigation financing.” This legislation is better known in civil justice reform circles as the “lawsuit loan shark bill.”
