New Jersey: Speaker to Introduce Cap on Public Adjuster Fees
Responding to complaints from homeowners alleging that they were overcharged by public adjusters in the aftermath of Super Storm Sandy, Assembly Speaker Pro Tem Jerry Green will introduce legislation to cap fees charged by public adjusters following a catastrophe.
