Utah: NAMIC Met State Senators Asking for ‘No’ Vote on One-sided, Litigation-oriented UM/UIM Bad Faith Bill
Christian J. Rataj, NAMIC’s Western state affairs manager, met with state senators last week to express serious concerns about SB 62, a UM/UIM bad faith bill. The proposed legislation previously passed out of the Senate Transportation and Public Utilities and Technology Committee on a 5-1-1 vote and is now eligible for a Senate floor vote.
