Nevada: NAMIC-Supported Motor Vehicle Towing, Storage Reform Bill Passes Out of Assembly Committee

SB 142, the towing and storage reform bill, passed out of the Assembly Commerce and Labor Committee last week and sent to the entire Assembly for a floor vote.
