Washington: Senate Committee Hearing Today on Repeal of Insurance Premium Tax Credit Under Insurance Guaranty Association Act
The Senate Committee on Financial Institutions and Housing & Insurance will hold a hearing today on SB 6299 that would repeal the law that allows insurers that have paid one or more assessments to the Washington Insurance Guaranty Association to offset their premium tax obligation by the approved premium tax credit for their payment to the WIGA.
