Texas: TWIA Board Meets
Insurance Commissioner Eleanor Kitzman kicked off last week’s Texas Windstorm Insurance Association board meeting with an announcement that the insurance department plans to release a Request for Proposal for an insurance expert to study possible restructuring of the TWIA. The explanation of the possible restructuring was vague, but leans in the direction of two options.
