NAMIC Outlines Outstanding Concerns to Senate Conferees

Last month the Senate passed its version of massive financial services regulatory overhaul legislation. On May 25, Senate Banking Committee Chairman Christopher Dodd (D-Conn.) appointed twelve conferees to participate in the conference with the House to craft the final bill. The House is expected to name its conferees when Congress returns from Memorial day recess.
