North Carolina: Second Property Ratemaking Study Committee Meeting Held; Auto Insurance Modernization Study Committee Meeting Today
The property insurance ratemaking study subcommittee of the North Carolina Legislative Research Commission met Dec. 1 in Raleigh. Several speakers from the first meeting, including representatives of the North Carolina Department of Insurance, the North Carolina Rate Bureau, and the North Carolina “Beach Plan,” returned to follow up on questions raised at that time and to provide additional information.
